OK Junkies, i’m excited for you all to try this one out! Like I always say, making it to the gym should be apart of your routine. Adding in various types of exercises, weighted and non-weighted will shock your muscles and stimulate great results.
By adding the cables into your plank workouts, you will start kicking it up to new levels. The results from this workout will tones you shoulders, core, and strengthen you from the inside out.

This style of training will increase everything your doing in the gym or sport. There is no trick or secret to results. You have to fight through the burn and the pain and never give up! Think of your goals and how babe you want to reach them. That extra 10-20 seconds of holding is where the results come from, so hold for them! After this is done you will feel great and confident that a rock hard core is to follow.

Try setting a stopwatch for 8-10 min and push out a bunch of different drills going for 30 seconds each drill. Or you can do 15-20 reps of everything..whatever you want really.. but get creative Im sure you can think of a lot more then what even I show you here!!
